CONSENT TO ARBITRATION
THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. Any dispute which arises as to any term, condition, scheduled vehicle maintenance, service, or claim of any kind which relates to services due or allegedly due to Customer, Customer’s legal representatives, heirs, assignees, and devisees pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to Arbitration pursuant to South Carolina Code § Ann. 15-48-10, et. seq.
